At Midwest Baseball Recruiting Central, it is our mission to provide opportunities for high school baseball players to market themselves to collegiate and professional baseball programs. There are plenty of websites available for athletes to post information about themselves for coaches to view, but most of them require a large fee. Here at MWBRC, it is our goal to provide the most affordable and effective option for the high school baseball player who is looking to take their game to the next level.

Midwest Baseball Recruiting Central is operated by baseball coaches who have experience at the collegiate level recruiting high school baseball athletes. Our staff's experience helps us provide you with the best presentations of yourself as we understand first-hand what coaches are looking for and what will catch their eye.
By posting your profile on MWBRC, you will be seen by handfulls of college baseball coaches and programs across the country. There are hundreds of college baseball teams and it is our belief that those who have a desire to play at the next level can do so--with a little help of course. MWBRC is here to offer that assistance to you. A common misconception in recruiting is that if you're good enough "someone will notice you". Sadly, this is not true. Thousands of highly talented high school baseball players go unnoticed each year and the only way to ensure that you are visible to college coaches is to market yourself--something that can be done easily and affordably with MWBRC.

By posting your profile on MWBRC, you will receive the recruiting exposure you deserve and need to achieve your goal of playing at the next level. MWBRC offers various "Profile Packages" in which you can customize the way your profile looks and what it includes. MWBRC Profile Packages are detailed below:
Bronze Package--Includes up to 500 words of text of your choice in addition to the basic information (Name, Position(s), Height, Weight, High School, Graduation Year, GPA, ACT/SAT score, and contact information). With the Bronze Package, you may also include a recruiting video of yourself (see "Recruiting Video Details" below for more information).
Silver Package--Includes up to 1000 words of text of your choice in addition to the basic information (Name, Position(s), Height, Weight, High School, Graduation Year, GPA, ACT/SAT score, and contact information). With the Silver Package, you may also include a recruiting video of yourself (see "Recruiting Video Details" below for more information) as well as up to 5 links of your choice to newspaper clips, high school statistics, webpages, etc.
Gold Package--Includes up to 1500 words of text of your choice in addition to the basic information (Name, Position(s), Height, Weight, High School, Graduation Year, GPA, ACT/SAT score, and contact information). With the Gold Package, you may also include a recruiting video of yourself (see "Recruiting Video Details" below for more information) as well as up to 10 links of your choice to newspaper clips, high school statistics, webpages, etc. In addition to this, the Gold Package allows your profile to be posted on our main page as a "Featured Prospect" for a three-month period which increases your exposure as you will be one of the first athletes seen when a recruiter visits our page.
Pricing
It is our mission at MWBRC to provide the most comprehensive and effective recruiting services for high school baseball players at the most affordable price on the web. Therefore, there are no monthly charges or additional fees--you pay a one-time fee and your profile is kept on our website until you graduate from high school! Prices below reflect the one-time fee for posting your profile on our website. You may upgrade your profile package at anytime and pay the difference between the current package and the newly desired package.
Bronze Package-- $5
Silver Package--$10
Gold Package--$20
Don't let the prices scare you....let's think about this. Most similar recruiting services charge you a profile set-up fee and a monthly charge of $10-25 per month! By posting your profile on MWBRC, you pay a one-time fee and your profile will remain on our page until you graduate high school. Let's say, for example, you post your profile in January of your sophomore year of High School. Your profile will remain active on our website for nearly 30 months (until you graduate). If you purchased the Bronze Package, this would come out to a monthly cost of just over $0.16!
Recruiting Videos
With the purchase of any Profile Package, you have the option of including a recruiting video of yourself along with your profile. In order for us to include your recruiting video within your profile, the video must be posted on YouTube. Videos can be posted on YouTube free of charge at http://www.youtube.com/.
Recruiting videos can easily be made on your own using a camcorder and editing software on your computer. There are also numerous companies available to help you design and record your recruiting videos. If you have any questions on what to include in your recruiting video, please let us know--we'd be glad to offer our professional advice.
Payment Information
Payments for Profile Packages are to be made via secure Paypal transactions only. Upon receipt of your profile information, we will send you a link with our Paypal account information so that you can send us the payment via a secure Paypal transaction. If you do not have a Paypal account, they are free to create at www.paypal.com.

What should I include in my recruiting profile?
Here at CBRC, we have a dedicated and motivated staff eager to help you with all of your recruiting needs. When it comes time to develop your recruiting profile, we are more than happy to provide you with what information college coaches like to see in a recruiting profile. If you would like to get personal advice on what to include in your profile, please contact us via email using the address listed on the bottom of the page. At the very least, you will want to include the following in your profile if possible:
-Name
-Height and/or Weight
-Sport
-Position(s) played
-Hometown
-High School
-Contact Information (Email/Phone Number)
-Coach's Contact Information (Email/Phone Number)
-Grade Point Average, Class Rank and ACT/SAT scores
-Statistics, honors, awards that you have received
Do I need to design my profile?
You do not need to design your profile. If you would like a certain design, by all means, let us know and we'd be glad to accommodate your wants and needs. Generally, you will provide the information you want to include in your allotted amount of text, as well as links (if you purchasing the Silver or Gold packages) and videos and we will create a profile for you. When we receive an email of interest from you, we will send you back a generic form that you can fill out to provide us with information to write a detailed, informative and attention-grabbing recruiting profile. Essentially, all we need from you is basic information and from there we can handle the rest--unless, of course, you want to be more involved in the design and articulation of your profile.
How do I sign up to have my profile posted on the MWBRC website?
At the bottom of the home page, there is a box containing our contact information. If you are interested in having your profile posted on the MWBRC website, send us an email stating which package you are intersted in purchasing and we will give you additional details upon receipt of your email.
How do I pay for my profile?
Profiles are paid for through Paypal only. Upon receipt of your profile information, we will send you a link with our Paypal account information so that you can send us the payment via a secure Paypal transaction. If you do not have a Paypal account, they are free to create at www.paypal.com.
I'm not satisfied with my profile, can I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds at MWBRC. However, if you are unsatisfied with the appearance, content, or anything else regarding your profile, please let us know what you are dissatisfied with and we will be sure to make the appropriate changes to fit your needs and wants.
I currently have a Bronze Package. Can I upgrade my profile to the Gold Package?
Yes. Profiles can be upgraded at anytime by requesting a profile update via email and providing additional information as prompted in email with the MWBRC staff and submitting the additional fee to upgrade your profile. However, MWBRC does not offer refunds for downgrading a profile. Once you have submitted payment for a profile, you cannot recieve a refund in order to switch to a cheaper package.
I have signed a National Letter of Intent to play my desired sport at a university. What happens to my profile?
If you sign a National Letter of Intent to play at a college, you may elect to keep your profile active on our webpage up until your graduation day. You may also elect to have your profile removed from our webpage in order to reduce the amount of phone calls, emails, etc. that you are getting from college athletic programs. Please note--refunds are not provided for those who sign National Letters of Intent before their graduation date. Our services are designed to give you an increased opportunity to sign a National Letter of Intent--regardless of whether you sign earlier than graduation or not.
Does MWBRC offer services to edit and create recruiting videos?
Yes. MWBRC can edit and create a high quality and attractive recruiting video for you provided that you send us the video footage either via email attachment or postal mail on a DVD. Once we receive the footage, we will edit the clips, personalize the video with music and additional information to make it more attractive, and post it to your profile. Video editing and creating is an additional charge, and varies based upon the length of the video clips and content to be included.
